2010

Bulid the Sales office in Shanghai for Chinese market.

2008

Bought Back the shares from WEILER Corporation and changed back to Sino-Germany J.V.

2000

Started Co-orperation with WEILER Corporation,located in POCONO, PA, USA,The Company changed name to Beilun Futuo Mechanical Tool.s Co.,Ltd and become SINO-GERMANY-USA JV.

1998

Moved in the New Factory for joint Venture company with Kullen, located in Beilun, Ningbo, China.

1995

Started Co-operation with KULLEN GmbH&Co.KG, located in Reutlingen, Germany.

1993

First time attend Cologne Fair in Germany introduce wire brushes to international market to begin export business directly.

1991

Manufacturing begin for Wire Brushes in Ninghai NingBo.
